"I have always loved the excitement of the theatre and the escapism it provides from a very young age. After taking part in numerous shows at my local amateur dramatics group, I chose to study in Musical Theatre at the age of 16. I completed my BTEC and HND qualifications at the Eastern School of Performing Arts in Stamford, before going on to complete my degree at Brooksby Melton College on their Performing Arts top up course. Throughout the past five years, I have been fortunate enough to learn so much about the industry and challenge myself in a variety of performance opportunities. I believe it is vital that children and young people are given the opportunity to learn and study the arts, as it gives them the ability to express their creativity and diversity. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about my subject, and aim to encourage and engage others with my teaching skills."
